Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure efficient scheduling and to provide the best service for all clients.
To assist you, a confirmation text will be sent as a reminder of your upcoming appointment. We kindly request that any rescheduling or cancellation be done with at least 48 hours’ notice. Please note the following:
36-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 36 hours of the appointment time will incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service cost to the credit card on file.
24-Hour Notice / No-Show: Cancellations, rescheduling requests within 24 hours, or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
